Beauty Shop

So on Lydia's Easter Ruby and Max Video, there is an episode called Beauty Shop. Lydia / "Ruby" has constantly been wanting to give Mark/ "Max" a make over with me/ "Louise" as her helper. With the help of some make up Miranda give her for her birthday she got her wish last weekend. After every application of rouge as she calls it, she has to put more lipstick on herself.

I love this nail polish, it just washes off with soap and water. I have been trying to find some more of it for when this runs out.

As my role of Louise, I got to do Max's hair.

Fun times! Is it great Lydia has a Daddy that lets her do all kinds of fun stuff with him? Not only am I allowed to document it with a picture...Mark has this photo as his Facebook picture! I am shocked how many mom's have said to me "My husband would have never let my kid do that to them"....I am just lucky I guess! Mark loves playing tea party, make up, dinosaurs, wrestling, fishing pretty much anything Lydia will play with him!

Lydia is very into pretending right now. Usually she is recreating some episode of a show she watched. Last night we were Fraggles. Lydia was Mogley, I was Red and Mark was the Trash Heap I think. It has been so fun watching the Fraggles again after all these years. It was a great show.

We got the DVD that you use your Wii that connects to your Netflix and it has been awesome. That is how we have been watching the Fraggle Rock. Also, while I have been home sick last week, Lydia and I watched 8 Scooby Doo movies.
